Unless they have redesigned the Crazy Creek Hexalite, you probably don’t want it. Mine failed on the third day of use at summer camp. The carbon fiber tube cut through the webbing reinforcement.
Also, it just wasn’t as comfortable as my regular Crazy Creek. It was light and being able to roll it up was neat, but the stiffness of the closed cell foam actually makes the chair keep its shape better and provides better cushioning. Plus, my old chair had lasted through several years of summer camp and snow camping before it got lost in a gear trailer in Texas.

Sounds good. I’ll ebay the chair. I’ve really got my eye on the jetboil.

I wanted the Hexalite to be good, so much that I ignored the four reviews on REI.com that described the same problem I discovered. Oops. I wonder how much the Gear Junkie used the chair.
