Your Scouting Twitter List Is Ready

I went through and pulled together a list of twitter accounts that post mainly Scouting news and information. You’ll see it as a new right-hand sidebar with the heading “Twitter Accounts”. Those are your base set of Scouting twitter accounts. If you click on each one you’ll find someone who will give you info on Scouting: some of them are Girl Scouts, but most of them are Boy Scouts.

Here’s a tip for finding more: click on the person’s account and then click on “following” to see who they are following. Chances are you’ll find more Scouters and get even more news that way.

Excellent help! Found 2 that I didn’t have already! Oh, and I think Scoutsigns is too close to the bottom of the list…I’ll have to put a “AAA” in front of it like they do in the yellow pages.

Awww… I didn’t make the list? I probably post more Scout stuff than not, but I’m also an educator & have several twitter-friendly hobbies. (Vdub144)

As educators, we put together a Wiki page (on PBWiki I believe) of educators using Twitter and Plurk. Rather than a blog post like this, maybe we should consider doing the same?
