Clearly some Boy Scouts forgot this saying in Hawaii. The Salt Lake Tribune is reporting that a Hawaiian troop tried to take rocks from a conservation area on Maui back to their sponsor, an LDS church on Oahu, for a fundraiser. Now they’re facing a possible fine of over $3,000.
As a reminder, just about anything in a state or federal park is generally prohibited from being removed. Yes. Even the rocks.
