I have an original copy of the BSA handbook that notes Ex. Bd. Member retirement dates of
1919,1920,1921. Woodrow Wilson was the honorary President. Does this edition have any
value to anyone ?

here here to a pdf of the handbook, as for the iphone app they missed the boat … if they used webkit it would work on iphones, palms, androids and blackberries (v6) …
