Ken wrote a nice post last month about freezer bag cooking, http://www.scoutcampfire.com/2007/06/07/freezer-bag-cooking, that’s worth checking out and following the link on to http://www.freezerbagcooking.com/ for more ideas and recipes. The only warning is that it’s pretty clear that the ultimate desire of the website is to have you buy the recipe book which has 95% of the recipes that you’d want to find. The book is $17 with shipping or you can buy it from Amazon.com or REI.
The recipes on the website can give you some good ideas for your own creations, though, if you’re not looking to buy the book.
