Update on New Boy Scout Handbook

I thought I was so clever a couple months ago when I tried to find an image for the 12th edition of the Boy Scout Handbook coming out at the end of summer. ScoutingNews.org has seen an actual ad for the handbook which has a different cover and says there are other “versions” available. What’s that mean? In any event, the date has been set, according to Dan, for the new handbook: August 1st.

The “versions” are probably softbound, spiralbound, and (maybe) a collector hardbound.
