Korean Scholarships Awarded

I’m no WestyBSA, but I like to check out some international Scouting events and this one, though small, struck me as kind of cool. I love the Scout Executive’s look of happiness and pride as he awards the scholarships.
More than 5,000 young Scouts and students were among the recipients of 2009 Scout Scholarship Award presented on 22 May 2009 at the national headquarters of Korea Scout Association having Kang Young Joong, President of Korea Scout Association, graced the awarding ceremony.
