Greater Atlanta’s New CEO

The Charlotte Business Journal says that the Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta, Inc. has named the head of their newly formed council and it is Marilyn W. Midyette.
Midyette recently was regional vice president of Sprint Business.

The Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta serves about 40,000 girls and more than 16,000 volunteer adults in 33 counties. It was formed in August with the merger of Girl Scout Council of Northwest Georgia Inc. and Girl Scouts of Pine Valley Council Inc.
Regional vice president of phones to regional CEO of girls. Sounds like a promotion to me!
