Boy Scouts in the Caymans

A Pennsylvania troop visited the Cayman Islands according to caymannetnews. The story has a neat picture and you can see the Cayman Boy Scout uniform. I just have to ask, why isn’t my troop going to some tropical vacation location? Actually, we did take a trip to Europe last year and the treasurer is still trying to balance the books and receipts. Foreign currency values can play havoc with your expenses. We like hiking in the local mountains. Honest.
