Cubs of the USA Give to Iraqi Scouts
Posted by admin under: International .
Jeremy Brilliant of Eyewitness News in Indianapolis has posted an article regarding the request from 1st Lieutenant Greg Hembree from Indiana’s National Guard who is stationed in Baghdad. Lieutenant Hembree is calling on American Scouts to try to help the Scouting effort in Iraq. His own Cub Scout Pack 236 is sending supplies, including blocks of pinewood to help the Iraqi Scouts put together their own Pinewood Derby. What a great effort on the part of Pack 236 and another way that our sons and daughters will continue to be friends with the sons and daughters in Iraq in the future.
