The Green Zone Council of Iraq has made public their organizational chart showing how the unofficial Iraq Scouting council is constituted. In addition, the web site has posted the minutes from the last meeting. The group is clearly supportive of the efforts to organize the area’s Scouting activity, but is quite aware that this effort cannot be primarily American in nature.
