Happy Veterans Day!
Posted by admin under: recognition .
It seems strange to say it, but it really is a happy day. This is the service day I always think of when I remember those who serve and we still have with us to thank. Even those who have given some part of themselves, physically or psychologically, in service to us are still here among us and serving us around the world. I’m so happy we can thank them now so they realize how much we appreciate the risk they take and have taken on our behalf.
So, thanks, Dad, for your service in Vietnam with the Marines and decades of continuing service later in the Air Force.
Thanks, Mom, for trying to raise two kids while serving in the Air Force. You did it!
Thanks, Sis, for continuing the family tradition of service in the Air Force. I hope your move from the desert to the tundra won’t be too tough!
Thank you all who serve!
