A former northern Idaho Boy Scout camp counselor will serve at least 15 years in prison after he was convicted in September of sexually abusing four young campers in 2007.
Timothy A. Kellis, the 39-year-old counselor who worked at Camp Grizzly near the small town of Harvard, was given concurrent life sentences on nine counts of lewd and lascivious conduct.
He also received 25-year sentences on two sexual abuse charges and 15 years on one charge of attempted lewd conduct.

While the news may say “young campers” – The victims were not the young Scouts attending camp – the four victims in this case were at Camp grizzly as “counselors in training” during the 2007 season when Kellis, their supervisor, molested them.
Kellis is also now to be extradited to Washington for trial on Child Rape of a boy under 14.
Other Kellis victims have started coming forward – male and female – from (so far) at least 16 years ago!
