Excited Yet?

This mom is about the fact that Kindergarten age Girl Scouts, Daisies, can sell cookies for the first time. She’s so excited she’s blogging about it now even though we don’t sell cookies until next year. Kudos to the troop committee for getting co-chairs for their cookie selling so far in advance. We usually don’t get someone until the latter part of December.
We had our first Daisy Troop meeting (isn’t that an ADORABLE name for a little, girly, kindergarten group of any sort?!?!) tonight and it was pretty fun. I met some super sweet moms and think I’ll probably like going just as much as her. However, the BIG NEWS…the earth-shattering, hopping-up-and-down worthy, pinch-me-I’m-(almost)-in-heaven NEWS…is that even the teeny-tiny, super cutie-pie Daisies will be selling the world famous Girl Scout cookies this year…Thin Mints and Carmel Yummies (don’t know the real name for that one!) here I…whoops! I mean, SHE…comes!!!
I just love it when people are enthusiastic.

Hi, this post excerpt is from my blog. How did you find this? I’m just so curious since I’m fairly new to the blogging world. I was very surprised to get a notice of a “pingback” from my post and then I followed it here. I don’t even know what a “pingback” is! Anyway, thanks for quoting me.
