The Dog Scouts of America
Posted by admin under: Uncategorized .
Yes, I know. It seems too good to be true. But it’s not. http://www.dogscouts1.com/Dog_Scout_Badges.html
I can’t take it. It’s too funny. And yet their organization really does do good things. It seems to teach good ownership skills and positive techniques for discipline and dealing with dangerous issues like new babies with dogs.
They also have a mess of merit badges that the owner/dog (although they have different terms) pair earn like hiking, biking, and geocaching. Since some of the human partners are kids this really gets them out being active and having fun with their best pal.
It sounds great. I’m going to stop reading so I have this warm glow. If I read too much someone is going to say something kooky and ruin it.
