Centennial Uniform Patch Placement – Commissioners
Posted by admin under: uniform .
Scoutingnews answered one of the mysteries of the new Boy Scout uniform. If the uniform pictured here doesn’t allow space for the Commissioner’s Arrowhead to be worn below the badge of office, where does it go?
According to the Fall / Winter 2008 edition of the The Commissioner, based on the new Boy Scout Centennial Uniform design, it has been approved for the Commissioner Arrowhead Honor emblem to be worn on the left sleeve of the Commissioner’s uniform immediately below the Council Strip. This replaces the previous placement of below the badge of office for Commissioners.

Great to know the ‘new’ placement location of the Arrowhead. No one I have spoken to, either paid staff or seasoned volunteer leader, has known! I passed it on to several commissioners at Roundtable. Thanks.
